Double Gauze is a very lightweight 100% cotton that has a loose weave. Very simply it is two layers of fine gauze that are tacked together at regular intervals with little stab stitches which are undetectable from the right side of the fabric. 

This fabric also has a beautiful embroidered daisy design

Double gauze is a perfect fabric for baby items due to its soft texture as well as lightweight tops, skirts, hair bows and head wraps.

Double Gauze is sold in fat quarter metre increments measuring 50cm by 70cm. 
If you wish to order a full metre of fabric, measuring 100cm by 130cm, add 4 units to your basket.
 
Fabric is cut from the roll and multiple units will be cut in one continuous length.
 
1 Unit = 1 Fat Quarter (50cm x 75 cm)
2 Units = 1/2 Metre (50cm x 130 cm)
3 Units = 3/4 of a Metre (75cm x 130cm) 
4 Units = 1 Metre (100cm x 130 cm)
